How do I pick a declared value?
Declared value is what it would cost to replace your card. It sets your insurance coverage and which PSA service level your card needs.
The easiest method: search eBay for your exact card in PSA 10, filter to sold listings, and use a recent average. If your card's value is over this tier's max declared value, choose a higher tier — otherwise PSA may upcharge the difference after grading (we pass that through at cost, no markup).
