Shipping policy

All orders (excluding group breaks orders) are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Presale items generally ship on release date, depending on when the shipment arrives from the manufacturer, unless the release date is on the weekend or holiday.  If a release date is on a weekend or holiday, your order will go out the next open business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

 At this time, we do not ship to [list of countries]. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well. You can include broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

 Package Insurance:

All packages are automatically insured for $100. If you would like more insurance on your package, it will be $3 for each additional $100 insurance. If there is an issue with your package and a claim is opened you will only receive up to the amount that the package was insured for.

Sales Tax:

As we are a Canadian business, we have to charge the applicable tax rates to all Canadian residents. Please look at the chart below for details and percentages.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. North of 7 Cards is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@north-of-7.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We prefer to send packages to home addresses as some curriers have issues sending parcels to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns on boxes of any sport. We can accept returns in special circumstances at our discretion, but there will be a 10% restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@north-of-7.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Pre-Order Allocation:

On certain products we are allocated on the amount of boxes/cases we are allowed to get. We do not find out our quantity until the product is shipped to us. Unfortunately due to allocations, we may have to cut your quantity on your order. The amount we cut is based on how much we get allocated on those specific products.
